Delete your data

In Astrea, open Settings (the settings icon) and choose Delete my data. The app needs an internet connection to remove your local profile, chart, readings, conversations, journal, server cache, daily usage/request digests and reports linked to your anonymous app identifier, and to delete the anonymous Firebase identity. This does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, which you must manage in the store account. RevenueCat and the stores may retain transaction records under their own policies so purchases can be managed or restored. Deleting a journal entry also deletes its Cloudflare photos and requires an internet connection. Uninstalling alone does not delete cloud photos and removes the anonymous access needed to retrieve them.

If deletion cannot reach the server, the app will show that it did not finish; retry when online. If you can no longer open Astrea, email support@secondwindltd.xyz and include a report receipt if you have one. Do not send birth details.
